Mastery of Figma: variables, auto-layout, component variants, and interactive prototypes.
Proven case studies designing complex web apps, ERP systems, analytics dashboards, or B2B SaaS.
Ruthless focus on usability, cognitive load reduction, and clear information hierarchy.
Ability to conduct user research, map task flows, and write clear developer handoff specs.
